ITINERARY
Yoga by the Lake (07:30 – 09:00)
We start the day with a 75-minute yoga session on a tranquil lakeside pier. Move with your breath and find inner peace in the heart of nature. No experience is needed—modifications and options will be provided for all levels.
Guided Forest Hike (09:00 – 11:30)
After yoga, we’ll enjoy a short break with local snacks and a warm drink before setting off on a 2.5-hour guided hike. We’ll walk along peaceful trails, discover breathtaking viewpoints, and have the chance for an optional swim in the lake. Your guide will share insights about the area and take you to some hidden natural gems.
Arrive at Oslo Central Station (12.00)
The tour ends back at the Train Station, where you can easily catch a train back to Oslo after a refreshing morning in nature.
