Booking details: name, email, phone number, number of guests, and any preferences or dietary requirements you provide. Enquiries: information you send through our contact or custom-tour forms.
Payment information: processed securely by our booking provider (Bókun); we do not store your card details.
Website data: cookies and analytics (e.g. pages visited), collected via our website platform and analytics tools.
Why we use it (legal basis)
To process and manage your booking (performance of a contract).
To communicate with you about your tour or enquiry (contract / legitimate interest).
To improve our website and services (legitimate interest).
For marketing, only where you have given consent.

Bókun – booking system
Wix – website hosting
Our guides – to deliver your tour
Booking partners such as GetYourGuide / Viator / Tripadvisor, if you booked through them.
We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all tours and experiences booked with OsloNature AS.
Booking & payment
Bookings are made through our website via our booking provider (Bókun). Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise, in EURO.
Cancellation & changes by you
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. To cancel or change, email booking@oslonature.com.
Cancellation & changes by us
Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule, for example due to unsafe weather. If we cancel, you'll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Weather
Most tours run in all normal weather, please dress for the conditions. Tours are only cancelled if it's unsafe.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for arriving on time at the meeting point, being in suitable health for the activity, and following your guide's safety instructions. Please tell us about any medical conditions or dietary needs in advance.
Health, safety & insurance
Participation is at your own risk. We recommend you have your own travel and health insurance. OsloNature is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage except where caused by our negligence.
Behaviour
We reserve the right to end a tour, without refund, for anyone behaving in a way that endangers or disrupts others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and any disputes are subject to the Norwegian courts.
