WINTER & CHRISTMAS EDITION

Winter wonderland Hike with Campfire & Traditional Norwegian Christmas Lunch

* November - January *

Join me and my friendly dog on a peaceful winter hike through Norway’s magical snow-dusted forests! This is an easy, guided walk along gentle terrain, where we wind our way through serene woodland trails, surrounded by frosty trees and crisp winter air.

We’ll make our way to a 17-meter-high fire tower, where those who wish can climb to enjoy breathtaking 360° views — all the way to Sweden!The trail is beginner-friendly and mostly flat, with the tower climb being the only steep part.

We’ll gather around a crackling campfire, where you’ll be served a traditional Norwegian Christmas lunch with warm drinks. Expect cozy vibes, delicious seasonal flavors, and the feeling of true Nordic hygge.

The scenic fjord view tour was a very relaxed, not steep or difficult, but very rewarding walk/hike. The trail is stone, earth, and tree roots seeped in history. It’s very cool to walk a path that’s been a pilgrim path for hundreds of years. The views from the tower and the camping site benching are beautiful and serene, and only takes up half a day being so close to Oslo city centre, easily accessible by bus to the meeting point. The guides were lovely, knowledgeable and helpful for tips visiting Oslo, and the dogs were very calm and very welcome walking companions! Thank you for the lovely morning!
