ACCOMMODATION
The yoga retreat will take place in a spacious, handmade, traditional wooden house on the outskirts of Oslo. The wooden house is a few hundred meters outside the city's perimeter, and while it is a completely different world compared to the hustle and bustle of the capital.

Ingunn's teaching approach emphasizes the integration of mind, body and spirit through thoughtful sequencing, breath work and mindfulness techniques. She believes in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for her students, encouraging them to explore their potential and develop a deep connection with yoga.

HOW TO GET HERE
From Gardermoen Airport by public transport:
Airport bus to Røa.
From Røa: Bus number 41 to Wyllerveien.
Ingunn meets you at the bus stop.
CANCELLATION RULES

A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.

The deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled.

The rest of the payment must be paid 10 days before arrival.
HEALTH AND HYGIENE

Uses cleaning chemicals that are effective against coronavirus.

Bed linen, towels and laundry are washed in line with local authority guidelines.

The guesthouse is disinfected between stays.
